This privacy notice applies to TS Care Givers Inc. (operating as ConsidraCare), an Ontario corporation. We refer to ourselves as “ConsidraCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout this notice. We operate the website at considracare.com and the ConsidraCare operating platform used by home care agencies, community health nonprofits, and field operations programs.
For any privacy-related questions, requests, or concerns, you can reach us at privacy@considracare.com.
This notice describes what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your personal information. It applies to our website, our diagnostic tools, our marketing campaigns, and our operating platform.
We take privacy seriously because most of the people using our tools work in care, health, and safety contexts where trust matters. We try to collect only what we need, keep it only as long as we need it, and be transparent about what happens with it.
A few commitments shape everything that follows:
Information you give us directly. When you sign up for our platform, join our pilot program, contact us, or subscribe to updates, you may provide information like your name, email address, organization name, role, and country of operation. When you become a paying customer, we also collect billing information through our payment processor.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically receive standard technical information like your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and the time and date of your visit. We use this to understand how people use our site and to keep it running securely.
Information from our diagnostic tools. Our free diagnostic tools are designed to run in your browser. We do not collect or store your diagnostic answers on our servers unless you explicitly choose to share your results with us. If you do share results, we receive your answers along with anything you choose to submit with them.
Information you provide through the platform. If your organization is a ConsidraCare customer, you and your team provide operational data through the platform, such as staff records, service event logs, and reporting inputs. This data belongs to your organization and we process it on your behalf. Our agreement with your organization governs how this data is handled.
Marketing campaign information. When you arrive on our site through one of our advertising campaigns, we may receive information about which campaign or keyword brought you to us, stored as parameters in our own first-party tracking. We measure ad performance using server-side methods and first-party cookies that stay on our domain, not third-party trackers in your browser.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies, all set by our own domain, to keep our site working correctly, to remember your preferences, and to understand how people use our site. Our Cookie Policy explains this in detail.
We use the information we collect to:
Internal analysis, research, and product improvement. We may use customer data and information collected through our platform for internal analysis and research, and to improve and develop our products and services. This includes looking at aggregated patterns in how our tools are used, benchmarking operational trends, identifying areas where our product can better serve our customers, and building new features based on what we learn. Where possible, we use data in aggregated or de-identified form for these purposes so individual people and organizations are not directly identifiable. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
We run advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft, because that is how prospective customers find us. We measure those campaigns using methods that respect our no-third-party-trackers commitment.
We do not pass your name, email, or contact information to advertising platforms unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so as part of a marketing program you opted into. We never share sensitive personal or health information for advertising. We do not run any advertising measurement or third-party scripts on our diagnostic tools, our customer platform, or any pages where personal or health-related details may be entered.
We share information only in these situations:
With service providers who help us operate the business, such as our hosting provider, our payment processor, our email delivery service, our analytics tool, and our compliance monitoring partner. These providers only receive what they need to do their specific job and are bound by contracts requiring them to protect your information.
With advertising platforms, in aggregated or hashed form only, for the purpose of measuring ad campaign performance through server-side conversion tracking. We do not share your name, email, or contact information with these platforms unless you have specifically opted in. We do not share content from sensitive pages.
With your organization, if you use ConsidraCare as part of an organization that is our customer. Your organization’s administrators can access the records you create on the platform.
If required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We also share information when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our customers or the public.
In the event of a business change, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. If that happens, we will make sure any party receiving your information is bound by privacy terms at least as protective as this notice, and we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy notice.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers for them to use as their own data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
ConsidraCare is based in Ontario, Canada. Your information may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When we transfer information across borders, we take steps required under Canadian privacy law to ensure it continues to receive appropriate protection.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. We restrict access to personal information to employees and contractors who need it to do their jobs, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. Our security program is continuously monitored by Compliancy Group across HIPAA and SOC 2 frameworks. You can read more on our Security page.
No system is completely secure. If we ever experience a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from active systems, though some copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being overwritten.
Under Canadian privacy law, and depending on where you live, you have rights regarding your personal information. These typically include:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@considracare.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in Canada and believe we have not handled your request appropriately, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
You can also manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in our website footer. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request to disable non-essential cookies.
If you subscribe to updates from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you. We will still send you operational emails related to your account or services you are using, because we need to in order to provide those services.
Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at privacy@considracare.com and we will delete it.
We may update this notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you directly or post a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect.
